Can't recommend St Pauls enough for prices, service, knowledge,friendliness. Was actually welcomed with a smile dropping car off. Instantly felt validated and valued as a customer. My previous private garage, I was given the impression that I was was a hassle, they didn't want my business, couldn't fit me in and they missed major parts during an MOT. As well as this. The main dealer workshop at Mercedes (office staff were good, just to be clear) after a major recall, replacement rear subframe, put broken rear springs back on the car 🤦♂️. That says it all really. I'm not a difficult person, quite the opposite in fact but don't like to be messed around, and I was. St Pauls filled me with confidence, replaced the rear springs, pads, drop links. The bill was very respectable considering a Merc. It's very hard to find a trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly garage nowadays. I will be going back and recommending.
